Our novelty at MentorS¢hip tasks us with developing an open-source scholarship platform the runs on blockchain technology. The open-source platform will streamline the secure transfer of scholarship earned assets, both tangible and intangible. MentorS¢ip includes unique progress monitoring and management systems, aiming to decentralize a notoriously opaque financial step towards continuing education. With the new capability of this open-sourced universal distributed ledger we believe it is beneficial to fund students with real-time scholarship earnings that can accumulate daily overtime.
Incentivization increases the desire and motivation of young people and has been a discussion for decades. Great concepts, research, and programs have been designed to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the student learner’s performance/outcome. Some of the greatest teachers, thinkers, doers, and philosophers of the past and present, all found motivation from Mentors who knew which incentives help progress their mentee best. Someone willing to spend their time, energy and money to see a brighter future made possible through their own acts of service, kindness, and innovation. For they were contributory in forming a Mindset around thought and causing that idea to be impressionable on the heart and ideals of those that would dare to challenge the normalcy of standardized thinking.
With MentorS¢hip around – each student learner basically becomes a blogger of their own educational journey complete with success but more importantly the failings. The unsuccessful attempts at achieving one’s goal are thought to be the mark of a truly inspiring learned event. Share what you’ve learned and got a real-time earned scholarship.
Going forward the seedling company hopes to become one of the new leaders in the novel conceptualized actualization for educational reformation. We hope to create a culture of financially literate and independently stable young people. These “Menor$chip” Veterans will become lifetime users that continuously support each new coming generation of Mentors & Mentees; evolving our Lifestyle brand and forwarding this social education movement.
